Jatak aims to monitor Nutritional status of children at Attappadi block of Palakkad district in Kerala on real-time.

The system collects "Weight-for-Age", "Weight-for-Height" and "Height-for-Age" data and provides feedback on Nutritional Status of children as per WHO growth standard.

The components of Jatak are:

• Individual Child Tracking on Real Time for growth monitoring
• A Android based application and web server based system
• Report to all tiers for action plan
